AIFF U-17 FIFA Closing Event is one of the megalithic occasions that Kolkata had ever experienced. We were the blessed organization to get a chance to give our best shots to it. Organized at Eco Park, the big scale program brought elephantine challenges. We were supposed to transport the requisites via boats as the event was to take place on an island. After stacking the materials outright, the production process began. We exceptionally completed the fabrication, flower prettification, technical configuration, sound, light and the related aspects. Due to the advent of VIPs and VVIPs and other creams of the city, we were reaffirmed with the most exquisite venue decoration. Our super specialized team worked very smart and hard, and ended up gifting our client the perfectly smashing ornamented setup. The enormous central stage was designed in a unique concept. The all-embracing enrichments are the result of our terrific floral wall, photo opportunity booths, bar counters, mandap aka temple porch and themed entry promenade. Our prodigious decoration reflected an ultra-rich and aesthetic impression to the entire event. We delivered a complete format similar to the 3D design. We were the mainstay of the varied facilities comprising of working personnel, securities, bouncers, ambulance, fire brigade and other relevant dispensations. The Honorable Chief Minister of West Bengal, Shrimati Mamata Banerjee headed the event which was earnestly followed by ace dancer Dona Ganguly and her dance group.
